With its far-reaching roots firmly planted in the terra firma of deep house and disco, GetDownGood is both a party and a blog, offering up the very finest electronic music for your oral and visual consumption.
Aiming to put the party spirit back into the world of club-culture, the booking policy for the nights is diverse, with the residents delivering slow, pulsing grooves alongside upbeat disco for a truly unpredictable experience. On the blog front, we aim to entertain, amuse and hopefully educate you about a thing or two; we’re constantly scouring the musical universe for the very finest examples of a wide-range of genres, from laid-back indie folk to the latest Berghain fuelled techno-banger to bring to your attention.
Most of all, at GetDownGood we’re about the good times; the overwhelmingly joyous experience of hearing your new favourite track, DJ or act for the first time or the uniquely delightful experience of losing control of your limbs on a dancefloor.
