Born and raised in Scheveningen The Hague, DJ Harry Mulder listened a lot to the illegal radio stations in The Hague. In the 80's, The Hague had a lot of illegal radio stations. One of them was Radio Stad Den Haag, a illegal radio station which played Italo DIsco and High Energy Disco hits from the 80s. Since then he started buying vinyl records and DJ-ing in his homestudio. His favorite club was Sandokan in Scheveningen. This club changed in the beginning of the 90's ín club Exposure, one of the first house clubs.
