Description
TURNTABLE MIXING, DIGITAL DECKS MIXING AND THE SYNC BUTTON Most of the DJ's today play with a DJ Controller like Traktor that allows them to be mobile and have much help and ease on the mix when using the Sync Button. Another feature is looping the instrumental parts of 2 tracks and mixing them very easily and effortlessly. Unfortunately the Sync Button can't do the whole job, the exact point of the mix and it's smoothness, must be something the DJ must feel and do on his own. A real good DJ will make the people have a great time and at the same time educate them to great music. Music selection is the most important thing always in a DJ set. If you look closely to the masters of the game, they always try to perform live mixes and remixes of tracks, demonstrating their technical excellence. The hardest DJ technique is with real turntables, where there is only your hands, the equipment and you, trying to drive the crowd with your heart and passion. That is DJing to me.
