I used to live in a Guest House in the "Rue de la Russie" in Tangier for a couple of years.One day a guy visited staying for a day or two and showed interest in what I tried to do.I worked in my Room using an amplified speaker system to monitor,meaning the guy heard what I was doing...I think he must have taken pity upon me because the Day he left he handed me a copy of a CD he had just finished recording in Sevilla and was promoting. It was Tito Munoz who at that time was probably only known locally. Just a little background story about how and by what a recording can be inspired. Tangier is in Morocco,North Africa,merely a 35 minute Ferry trip from Tarifa,Southern Spain,Europe. Consequently Spain has a big influence on the life of "Tanjaouis" or "Tangerinos". As of 31/07/2020 thanks to Shazam,I finally got the long lost tracklist together.
