I used to start my sets in Lounge Bars in Tangier with this kinda music.Sometimes I would play chillout,arabic chillout mixed with latin grooves. As soon as people started driftin' in I would play smooth jazz,funky lounge and this would then evolve to funk,funk rock and rock jazz.Now and then I opted for nu jazz,nu braz or electro braz,whatever took my fancy or whatever I was in the mood for. I followed that up with chill house and ended with house.As my boss was pretty cool he let me do pretty much what I wanted.... Don't forget I worked alone,started at around 7 PM and left at 3 or 4 AM.
