Ruby Jane's taste in music travels the spectrum of soul, both old and new, from original funk, boogie and rare groove, to hip hop, alt pop and indie soul. In addition to the heat she brings to dancefloors, Ruby Jane often DJs for street dance battles and makes frequent appearances on world-renowned WEFUNK Radio. She also curates playlists and performs on-site for retail and restaurant settings. Known affectionately as Montreal’s First Lady of Funk, Ruby Jane will always spread the gospel of The Funk wherever she goes.
