Alex Ocampo treats techno as a tool of precision. The Miami-based, Colombian producer has carved out a sonic identity where deep, razor-sharp low ends intertwine with metallic textures and immersive hats. It is a sound engineered not just for listening, but for physical impact. His vision has led him to release on cornerstone labels such as Odd, Unity, U.F.O and Kaligo Records, garnering the support of industry heavyweights like Danny Tenaglia, Coyu, and Jay Lumen. In the booth, Ocampo shuns the superfluous; his focus is on building raw, high-tension environments that bypass the mind and command the body to move.
