Max also co-founded the Illuminati Sound System which rocked free parties across London in the late 90s and early 2000s and teamed up with Random Sound to host the massive Royal Oak drum and bass carnival after party which continues to this day on the Sunday evening of Notting Hill Carnival.
When he's not on the decks, Max keeps himself busy looking after his sons and installing radio stations in remote parts of the world.
