I'm Harley, and I'm a native of Florida's Emerald Coast which includes Destin, Pensacola, Navarre, Ft. Walton Beach, South Walton, Panama City Beach, and Apalachicola, Florida.
Twice monthly we cover all of the great events which happen here, plus insider tourist tips, how the beach is doing, concerts, plus some local news of interest to tourists and investors. In addition, I keep you second home owners up to date on the real estate trends for this area and news and laws that affect your home here.
Finally, we have some incredible local music artists here, and on each show we spotlight one of them with a great music tune which will transport you right down here to our beautiful white sand on the world's most beautiful beaches!
