"We play good music for good people"
In a region that sonically can be a real desert of barren and played-out commercialism, the Deep Crates Cartel has received international recognition for pushing the boundaries musically and keeping quality music and culture, not commercial interest, as its main focus.
Deep Crates Cartel (aka DCC) is the region's leading crew of DJs, turntablists, producers, aerosol & street artists, b-boys and crate diggers, keeping vinyl culture alive and constantly evolving musically with a keen eye on the dancefloor. Musically spanning everything from Funk, Latin, Afrobeat, Soul, Hip Hop to Reggae, Bass, D'n'B, Brazilian, block party breaks & global grooves.
