I started collecting and spinning vinyl around 1997 I started to play local house parties in my home town Spring Hill and eventually started playing clubs in Ybor, Full Moon saloon, 7 Bar, NRGY, the Solarium, AV02 and a few others. I never came up with a catchy moniker though I was know as "The Vinyl Pimp" by some of the other local DJ's "The Vinyl Pimp" was a web page I created to sell hard to find Breakbeat records. I sold my collection back in 2004, I was over the "scene" and the drama that came with it plus it was time to get serious about my career and personal life. I got the itch about 2 Years ago and started buying up Vinyl, some off discogs but mostly small collections, I guess old habits die hard? I share and create these mixes not for vanity or self promotion but for the love of the music and the great memories that come with it. I take pride in my mixes, quality over quantity and NO SYNC for goodness sakes.
