For the FIRST DAY OF MY LIFE I drove down the BEST COAST to get DOWN THE VALLEY. I was heading back from A WEEKEND IN THE CITY. BOY, I just love SAN freakin´ CISCO. I was RESTLESS, felt like one of THOSE DANCING DAYS people talk about.
Anyway, there I was, driving in my EL CAMINO. It was A COLD DAY IN THE SUN. But WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN, THE MONKEYS ARE COMING.
My mind constantly repeated the same words: ‘HOWL HOWL GAFF GAFF!‘
YEAH YEAH YEAH, that´s right! I ONLY WANT YOU to DANCE WITH ME.
I had this BEAT! BEAT! BEAT! stuck in my head and just wanted to do the D.A.N.C.E. again.
I stopped the car and said to myself:
‘READY TO START? Alright then, HERE WE GO MAGIC!‘
With my BLOOD RED SHOES I started to DANCE DANCE DANCE. THE DRUMS kept banging in my head. OVER AND OVER...I just didn´t want to go HOME. I continued moving my feet: TWO STEPS, TWICE.
AFTER HOURS I realized that in the end it all comes down to this:
YOU! ME! DANCING!
