Over the weekend of 23rd and 24th of May 2026 One Jazz presented a 48 hour broadcast of many programmes dedicated to jazz giant Miles Davis on the cusp of Miles' official centenary birthday on 26th May.

DJ Lil' presents a special edition of her regular show Swamp Boogie, talking with trumpeter and composer Terence Blanchard about both his "Requiem For Katrina" inspired by Hurricane Katrina's devastation of his home cty New Orleans and his touring show with Rav i Coltrane celebration the centenaries of both Miles Davis and John Coltrane in 2026 .
