Caro Fontanieu presents: The ECM Podcast - Anja Lechner: Bach/Abel/Hume

The ECM Podcast brings listeners into conversation with the artists shaping today’s ECM sound. Each week, Caro Fontanieu sits down with an ECM musician to explore the ideas, processes and stories behind their latest release, offering an intimate look at the music beyond the recording.

In this episode Caro is joined by the German violonist and cellist Anja Lechner to discuss her first solo album after years of collaboration with ECM: "Bach/Abel/Hume", produced by Manfred Eicher.

Anja talks about freedom, composer's dynamics, the art of playing solo and much more.
