Wax Kings Sessions is a live stream with dj's from the Wax Kings collective and other Local Dj's - Tune in Weekly to check out the show.
This page also has mixes and info on Wax Kings Dj Prophet Ecks.
Founder of the Ypsi DJ crew Wax Kings, Prophet Ecks started out as a vinyl hip hop DJ/turntablist and has gradually honed his technique by watching his fellow DJs play, creating his own style of mixing and scratching with rhythm along the way. After dissecting his favorite hip hop tracks to find all those dope samples, he soon upgraded from vinyl to laptop — the next best thing without the hard work of hauling and searching crates. Prophet Ecks's repertoire also extends beyond hip hop, and on any given night you may hear him spin house, tech house, electro, techno, classic breaks, jazz, rock, or whatever he feels fits the mood.
