Studio 89 started from humble beginnings in the basement of an exotic takeaway in the heart of Cardiff. With inspiration taken from the disco era of Studio 54 and Paradise Garage it set about hosting intimate parties in distinctive locations, with the focus being on having a good time.
Studio 89 aims to unite music lovers by creating an intimate, friendly, and at times quirky atmosphere without forgetting that sound quality comes first.
Each instalment is treated as a stand alone event, where keen attention to detail and dedication make each one a unique and distinctive party - this ranges from carefully selected decor to eclectic gifts given out at each event (... along with a few surprises)
