Music is the breath that coarses through me. I offer these mixes as accompaniments to deeper soul searching, to tea ceremonies, to moments of shared space with loved ones. Tea sessions: join chadoteepod on Instagram or Chado Teepood Facebook Live every Thursday 8am (GMT+2) or have your own session, accompanied by these Morning Tea mixes. Sit quietly, and for 45mins do nothing more than prepare and drink tea, listening to music and emptying the mind as best you can. Tea reminds us of our inner natures, what we're like without mind noise. Let's let go of some noise, so we have more to offer the world around us...
