Smash the moral hypocrisy! Spank Protest open new directions with their
passion for rock heroines and electronic music as they refuse to conform to the
boundaries of the scene. The UK/Swiss duo features renowned techno DJ,
producer and technology pioneer Paula Temple and electronic producer and
vocalist Stefanie B.
Their infectious productions and performances are designed to cause mass
frenzy at clubs and festivals around the world. Their rework of Sonic Youth's
'Anti-Orgasm' is already receiving blazing reactions since its first play on Dave
Clarke's White Noise radio show. 'Ask Yourself' creates the ultimate dancefloor
storm with its raw cut-ups and rave hoover hooks. November 2012 sees the
worldwide release of both songs on Noise Manifesto. Expect an intoxicating DJ/
live hybrid set with exclusive tracks featuring hard hitting beats, slashes of
vocals and mind melting synths.
