I took up DJing at 15, knocking on 30 years ago; a natural progression from collecting live recordings leaked from clubs & making shoddy pause button mix-tapes.
Ive been massively influenced by the house & techno coming out of New York, Chicago & Detroit throughout the years & over time, have become more acquainted with the soul, funk & disco that inspired it.
Im not one for throwing 20 of the latest promo's at people because great music deserves a reintroduction from time to time. The digital age is cool, but Im a vinyl junkie at heart.
