Hi, Good People! Back after a six-week hiatus with a new instalment of Nu Cool Lounge: A Soulful, Jazzy & Funky Journey.
This set was inspired by three things: the glorious UK sunshine, a longing for mellow vibes, and reflections on a world in need of Peace and Love.
As always, the mission is simple—delivering uplifting soul, jazz, and funk. Expect legends like The Brecker Brothers, The Whispers (Walter Scott Tribute), Atlantic Starr (Wayne Lewis Tribute), Tavares, and the unmistakable grooves of The Brothers Johnson, alongside jazz funk pioneer Lonnie Liston-Smith, UK powerhouse Incognito, Japan's legendary Casiopea; and the often-overlooked UK talents like David Grant and jazz virtuoso Phillip Bent plus the equally talented and fresh sounds of Sean Oliver, Seek, Four80East, and more.
