Hi I'm Jim Random. I've been hosting a regular show called RAWR Rhythms for the last 11 years on the award winning NSB radio; the world's biggest online break-beat station (Sundays 5-7pm - www.nsbradio.co.uk).
Known for playing all sorted stuff, I've been DJing for around 18 years mainly in and around Sheffield but with a few international gigs too. I've run a couple of night (Rawr/More...) and DJ'd in numerous of bars, clubs, boat parties, etc and am even a dab hand at doing a wedding!
With tastes ranging from hip hop to techno, drum & bass to dancehall and all that's in-between, I've played on line ups with the likes of The Stanton Warriors, The Plump DJs, DJ Yoda, Goldie, Far Too Loud and Orbital
Here I present a varied selection of my own mixes from over the years as well as some of my more current workings. There's loads in there to suit all tastes, so check out the descriptions for more info.
