I am a justice minded yogi, with a passion for live music, healthy food and nature! With a background in social work and integrative health, I connect people, communities and organizations in order to serve and support the magical city New Orleans. Living Well in the Big Easy, which airs weekly on 102.3 WHIV FM, brings all of these elements into interview and musical formats. Our programming is dedicated to human rights and social justice!
