[email protected]Dharma is about finding your true purpose and living it fully. For me, that meant shaking up my life, discovering the power of movement and breath, and chasing the beats that always lived in my head.
After discovering how music and movement could rewire my system (hello, lower cortisol and higher vibes), I dove deeper. When you start breathing right and living light, space opens up for all the things that light you up.
I'm mixing tracks like I mix traditions: unexpectedly, but always with purpose. Learning and growing in real-time, letting go of perfection while crafting sets that keep the energy high and good times rolling.
Whether you're shaking off the day or shaking up your life, these beats are your permission slip to let loose. Because sometimes the best breakthrough happens on the dance floor - be it in the club, kitchen, or on the beach.
