Music Mood Machine uses a unique approach, based on the theory of Robert Plutchik, to compose and mix music with the same kind of mood / emotion.
I believe that the right music at the right time can either amplify or transform someone's current state of mood. Like 'sad' music that amplifies the feeling of sadness, and 'happy' music that transforms the feeling of sadness into something happier.
To be clear: there are no bad moods / emotions. They help us respond and adapt correctly to different situations. They help us to stay safe and healthy. So it's okay to feel 'sad', 'angry' or 'afraid'. Sometimes it's necessary to put yourself in a bad mood to help you overcome great obstacles. In addition, painful emotions can sometimes make you feel really good and alive.
Go explore the music mixes on this channel and discover the right mood for whatever kind of situation you are in right now. They can make the experience more enjoyable or easier.
