Smartbar in Chicago is a very special venue, and a partner to the larger Metro live space. For nearly 40 years it has hosted some incredible club nights. I first played there in 1999, and have been lucky enough to return on several occasions since then. They show a lot of support for local DJs through residencies & regular club nights, and the venue has a great local and international reputation. The sound system is killer too!
