What Is Jazz? with The Hedonist (Season 2: Episode 11)

What is Jazz? Is it freedom, is it tradition, is it alive, does it continue to evolve and thrive or is it an art form stuck in time?

I'm very pleased to have one of the most important selectors for me on Mixcloud, The Hedonist joining me for this Volume. One of the reasons I started out on Mixcloud and continue to dig jazz is because of this man. The Hedonist (https://www.mixcloud.com/perfectvibe/). was one of the first people I found on Mixcloud and one of the first to offer me encouragement, support and friendship. He is the reason I became a Jazz Ambassador on Mixcloud and he introduced me to many others who have featured in this series. I was proud to be a member of 'The New Jazz Collective' with him and to have a show on his amazing web station, TNGC Radio for its first year of broadcasting.

The Hedonist opens with 43 minutes of contemporary UK Jazz, I complete the mix with contemporary Australian Jazz.
