'I tried to make it connect to my genres like Chillout and Downtempo grooves, but I was thinking this is a opportunity to do things differently, something maybe not expected from me?'
'Jazz to me.. It's rhythm, Funky, well for today it was Jazz is the way you feel, Jazz is the way you want it to sound Jazz is in almost every music genre I think there is Jazz... and then a whole lot of nothing Today I wanted Jazz to be Funky.. so it is :)'
I think this mix encapsulates the influence that Jazz can hold over every one of us, the idea that we can change and challenge ourselves to do something different just like Jazz has always done and continues to do.
