Well, it's been awhile since I've stepped into the 'Jazz' realm and heavily inspired by the wonderful mixes of https://www.mixcloud.com/tony-todd/ I felt it time I return to a genre that I love deeply, that I learn from everyday and that helps me grow in knowledge and spirituality with every listen.
But really what is Jazz? Miles Davis said call it 'Social Music' and I will, as that's what it is. It is music that encompasses every moment, every passion, every bit of pain and anger but also joy, happiness, spirituality and where we've been and where we are going.
Most of these tracks are recent, all are instrumental and all are beautiful to behold.
