Continuing my new series 'The New Jazz Cool' this time I focus on Vocalists that are new, coming up and releasing interesting Jazz vocalisations.
As a an avid collector of Jazz both old and new and as the host of The Black Heat Radio Show, I am always on the hunt for new music, new artists and for acts and producers that are both keeping the Jazz genre alive and pushing it's boundaries endlessly on.
I'm partial to vocal jazz and recently have discovered an interest in both laid-back and lounge type jazz and jazz that draws from other musical schools but does it with a 'jazz signature'.
