Recorded live on Monday 20/1/25 during the first hour of my 4 hour set at Afloat Melbourne.
This session had me opening with slow disco jams and disco edits, before moving into some more classic edits of soul and funk, while maintaining the whole groove based disco feel.
I like to stretch out with these extended sets, let the songs breath and blend tunes one into the other, rather than quick mix.
There is no dance floor, it's the afternoon, the sun is out, the cocktails are flowing and people are chilling with their friends over good food and a stellar location on a Melbourne summer's day, which makes life feel ok, especially with these tunes, I hope they bring some sun and fun into your day also.
