As I said with the first volume, I've loved Jazz for as long as I can remember but really only got into it deeply over the last 15 years and the deeper I delve, the less I know about jazz, I mean what is jazz?
It is as deep as the ocean, as wide as the sky and takes you into emotions and dimensions beyond time. It is music full of pain, joy, sorrow, victory, exploration, love, sadness and all that is encompassed in this thing called life.
By no means is this a definitive overview of Jazz, that ocean can never be crossed, but it is my view of what I love about it and what I do with these type of sets. It's all about mood and flow...
