Each year for the last few years I have been asked to take part in the 24 Hour nessradio.com broadcast for International Jazz Day.
A wonderful celebration of the greatest and deepest music genre there is, jazz is as deep as the ocean and wider than the sky and each year the selectors do their best to present an overview of just how beautiful jazz is.
This year each selector presented a 96 minute mix of Jazz music from the country where they live, were born or grew up in.
For me it is Australia and I have presented an overview of just a small amount of the contemporary artists making jazz here.
