Welcome to Volume 3 of my all 45s live session recorded at Arbory Afloat in Melbourne, Australia on Monday 15 March 2021.
My gig is a fortnightly 6 hour session starting at 4pm.
It's a long session and that means lots and lots of 45s to take and play but it also means I can really stretch out and play lots of genres or focus on different genres for parts of my set.
For this one, it had been a warm and sunny Autumn evening, but as it got later and darker I continued pushing the funky vibe of the set but this time moving into boogie, funk, classic disco and funky breaks before breaking it down into some killer hip hop towards the end of this bracket.
I hope you enjoy it as much as you have Volumes 1 & 2 and that you hang in there for the 4th and final volume next Monday.
