Recorded Live at The Brunswick Mess Hall on 13 July 2013, this is a set dedicated to the weekend come down, to kicking back, eating and drinking and letting the rest of the weekend float away. It's kind of summery in places, awfully jazzy, terribly soulful and car chase dramatic at other times.
For me this is about the track selection, the mood created, the ambiance that the music generates and creates in a venue as beautiful as The Brunswick Mess Hall. I thank the staff and management for allowing me to take them and our guests on this journey and to forgive me my twists and turns, whims and fancies as I soundtrack Sunday away.
