It's a funny thing but usually I never plan my sets for dj gigs, unless specifically asked to.
Sure I know what goes down well at places I play often but many times it's based on my mood, the mood in the room, the weather, the time or whether the sun shines.

I pick up the pace a little but keep it soulful, before moving into some funky territory spanning hip hop and Afro sounds with some big horns. Nothing underground and obscure here, just good music to keep a positive vibe in the room.
