Description
Continuing on from my home crate digging adventures of the last few weeks (Showing My Age and The Sunshine Session), whereby I build a mix based on my mood at the time and choose the first few records and then let the mood of them help me build the set.
I do it live in one take, it is unplanned, comes directly from my Vinyl Collection and I just select records as the mood and vibe take me.
This time I felt a real need for Jazz, what is jazz you may ask, I have tried to answer this before but to me it is the universe and everything contained within it, gestated into sound, beauty, space, chaos, silence, peace and frenzy.
This mix is kind of like that, it starts off slow and soulful, then gets all spacey, spiritual, frenetic and even steps into house and dnb sounds before winding down to finish where it begun, downtempo and soulful.
