Recorded Live during my first ever Dj Set at Holy Grail in Melbourne, Australia on Saturday 13 January 2018, using a Denon Dj MC4000 dj controller.
The brief was uptempo funk, soul and disco, the bar was busy, no dance floor but the music was at a good volume, the sound system pretty good and the crowd up for it.
I decided on a set purely of Cold Busted Records releases which I believe fit the brief really well. It's been awhile since I played these tracks and used a controller but all in all I think it flowed well and the feedback was great. Hopefully I'll get to do it again.
