If, like me, you are in relations with a lady who happens to have an impeccable taste in hip-hop, then you're in luck. If she happens to courting a fella who also happens to be a universally recognised mixtape king, then double whammy right back at you.

Add the above, plus time and love, and you have this 2+ hour selection of solid gold hip-hop. It comes from the crates of my mrs. I simply put it together as a birthday treat (which was nice, as it didn't cost a thing - Ch-ching!).

Besides the tracklisted music we also have a few choice film and TV samples, a sample flip and some acapella sneakiness, just to keep it interesting.
