DJ Moneyshot & Secondson - Funk 45s Mix

Throwback mixtape alert!

When Googling myself I found this old mix from my Cardiff days. It's like six-odd years ago, but I was hanging large with Welsh Hip-Hop producer and deep Funk oracle, Secondson (head of SFDB, lunatic and remarkably talented photographer).

After adding cuts on tracks he'd done with some Rap cats we thought about putting out some mixtapes. The idea was my skills and his epic record collection (a lot of those tracks wound up on my Dischandler mix, fact fans).

I would duly trundle round The Ditch (was that the name, Leon?) and sip a well-ground coffee and proceed to ruin his four grand 7's. I distinctly remember cutting the intro to one 45 so heavily Secondson cheerily commented that I'd "knocked about 200 quid off that now," what with the cue-burns - oops.

I'm not going to attempt to remember the tracklist...why don't y'all add what you can?...Maybe Secondson will grace us with his know-ledge and fill in the blanks. Either way, enjoy the Funk!
