LOVESEAT

This page now archives all my past available mixes. I DJ mostly House and Disco edits, but also interplanetary sounds, it's dancing tunes made of machine-emotions and cosmic randomness. It's the spirits' liberation jam... I also like vinyl and some of these mixes are all-vinyl mixes.

I am very much influenced by the musical ideas of LCD Soundsystem and Kraftwerk, or the unconventional selections of say Prins Thomas, Optimo, Harvey, Terje and other similar DJs. So far, some of the acts I have had the pleasure to open for are Apparat, Aeroplane, Hercules & Love Affair, Wolfram, Breakbot, Nick Zinner of Yeah Yeah Yeahs, YACHT and Yuksek.

I am based in Kuala Lumpur, for bookings find me on facebook as Xes Xes Loveseat. I am especially keen to play for small dancefloors in neighbouring countries for a crowd that dig the same sound. See you soon I hope.
