Join a Little Bit Lisa for great music and conversation about life, often accompanied by my good mate Jon and broadcast on SwitchDunmow on Thursday nights. I try to match the music to show themes such as wellbeing, travel, happiness and freedom. Tinged with silly banter, I share insights based on stuff that matters to me and life experiences so far which most recently included focusing on my lust for travelling with a ten month trek exploring Asia.
