These recordings are from our online women's sessions, a Wednesday morning group that I run for Movement for Life community group. They are slow-drip morning wake up sessions but you can listen any time of day. In the real-time group we take time for mediation/ drawing/ writing and reflection before and after - I hope you can find a way to hold a precious slice of space for yourself to feel & dance. I also run several ongoing groups around Totnes. I am founder and leader of Devon School of Soul Motion which offers in-community trainings for Personal Embodiment, Leadership and Facilitator skills. https://devonschoolsoulmotion.org https://leelafisk.com
