You know those feel you get when you walk into a club and the bass is so filthy it revs you up like well oiled Harley or the vocal in that house track takes you to another place? Well, DJ KARA also knows a thing or two for those blood ripplers as one of Sydney’s inked up artists to come out of the woodwork. What more could one dirty dance floor enthusiast want. Bred in the country, Kara Alcorn held up the town with a driving musical catalogue fit for a king, taking her vision from the bass house, trap and electro tips right through to a solid dose of R&B.
As a young and aspiring singer and guitarist, her temptation for the musical world was evident and gave her the organic depth straight into the electronic family. Within only a few short years, the east coast belle of the rave has kept the electricity switched on. Hot lining the city’s inaugural clubs, her bill spots have sat with the world’s dominant from Milo & Otis, Datsik, Loudpvck, OT Genesis, Watsky, Will Sparks, Dodge & Fuski
