My passion and path during 25 years has been in the field of body, mind, heart awareness and embodiment through dance, movement, massage, yoga, shamanic work and vipassana meditation. I am an accredited 5Rhythms® teacher by Gabrielle Roth and a certified Open Floor teacher, with studies in dance therapy. I teach regularly in Stockholm, Sweden and abroad.
