I've seen music and musicians come, make a big splash, then fade into oblivion in no time. But quality remains. That's what I pursue and crave - quality. It's not popular music. Just look around Mixcloud and see. If you're looking for uncompromisingly good music, you've come to the right place.
BLUE aims to promote & present the creativity, energy and spontaneity of Jazz while adding context and reference to this rich and vital music. BLUE is not interested in being propelled by the latest flavor of the month. Every outstanding piece of music, whether recorded in 1917 or 2022, holds the same value. Great art is great art no matter when it was created. BLUE believes that if you haven't heard it before, it's a new release.
