The most important skill that any DJ can develop is the ability to read a crowd and play to them. It's giving the dance floor what they want, what they need - to let loose and have fUN ! Groovemaker has been dubbed 'the dancer pleaser', a freestyle dancer himself for a number of years, he is dedicated first and foremost to creating a really great dance floor experience for all. He was first exposed to electronic dance music in the early 90's at the Legendary club 'Life' in Greenwich Village, N.Y.. "I fell in love immediately with the music, and the people and the culture. It was the philosophy of "P.L.U.R." that I really loved." says Groovemaker More than just selecting the best, hottest new tracks to play, DJ Groovemaker performs electronic music by mixing songs live. Using techniques such tastefully applying effects, beat matching, and harmonic key progression, Groovemaker exemplifies what we have all come to know as the art of the Dj.
