DJ Deception a fixture of Denver clubs like Bar Standard, The Church Nightclub and Club Vinyl, DJ Deception represents Mile High nightlife well. In spite of his skills, he leaves his ego at the door before each set. Forever a student of frequencies, he’s content to let the music do the talking in a day and age when all too many DJs think they’re bigger than the dance floor. Perhaps the greatest advantage of DJ Deception’s musical ADD is how it keeps him on the cutting edge of dance music. In each unfurling trend he sees a new way to connect with others through music, to find a common resonance with every soul on the opposite side of the decks. His curation is so smooth that each transition escapes your conscious mind - but your body feels every change, sending ecstatic bliss coursing from your feet up to your cortexes. Words don’t do it justice - the sound manipulation of DJ Deception is something you must experience for yourself. Follow along with him on his journey.
