Selector and collector of records of the 70s and 80s from Africa, the Caribbean and Brazil. Digging deep through a continuous and tireless research, he focuses mainly on underrated gems.
Equally fascinated by traditional and spiritual sounds, dreamy guitars, endless percussions and Lo-Fi synthesizers, he focalises his attention on the deepest, most hypnotic and at times melancholic side of African and Afro-Descendant music.
On @rblmedia he has hosted the homonymous monthly radio show (Diggin’ South) for six years. From 2026 he goes on air monthly on Radio Alhara. Based in Turin, Italy.
