Life is full of obstacles, misconceptions, misguided ideas, and on the flipside amazing teachings and practices to balance it all out. The Dharma Things podcast gives people with experiences and explanations on life a voice, and pushes us to realise we are all often of the same thinking and experience. Sometimes unthought of perspectives, sometimes unaccepted ideas. It's all in there.
My name is Miz DeShannon, and in curating the podcast I'll be gathering many conversations with people I respect and admire. People from different backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, whose stories and experiences cross similar subjects; ancestry, belonging, discovery, self-development.
The common thread though – Dharma. My hope is that in these sessions you can find some guidance towards your Dharma, some refuge, or respite, knowledge, or pure joy….
