I have an intrinsic trust that all the ingredients for wellness are right there, tucked away in hidden shy places or under our very noses. These soundscapes are created for my workshops, online movement groups and Open Floor GFLs. I hope you enjoy listening; that they inspire you to move. If you’d like to join my live classes and learn a physical language that will enable you to expand your range of movement, be guided to release stress, increase your vitality, and dance into a more authentic relationship; with yourself, others, and the world around you, visit https://www.vitalmoves.co.uk. I ‘know’ that dancing with awareness – with conscious inquiry – is a reliable gateway for health and vitality. My teaching is infused with a 35+ years love affair with Findhorn Ecovillage and the world of conscious movement practice; an elder in the field I trained with Gabrielle Roth in 1994 and became a founding member of Open Floor International in 2014.
